This Return Policy addresses cancellation and refund rights applicable to these services under New Zealand consumer protection law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill, be fit for any particular purpose you agreed to, be completed within a reasonable time when no timeframe is set, and be charged at a reasonable price when no price is agreed. If we cancel a session or program due to facilitator unavailability, venue issues, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control, you will receive the option to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund for the cancelled session or remaining program balance. We will notify you as soon as possible and make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption to your team's wellness schedule.

Custom corporate wellness packages and multi-site deployments are governed by the cancellation terms specified in the individual service agreement or quote provided at the time of booking. Where no specific terms are stated, the cancellation policies for the closest equivalent standard program apply. Corporate clients with annual contracts may have separate termination clauses outlined in their partnership agreement.
