This Return Policy outlines the cancellation, refund, and rescheduling terms for anti-stress programs purchased from Removalclean, including the Desk Reset Micro-Break ($89 NZD), Lunch Hour Calm Collective ($245 NZD), and Executive Stress Shield Series ($520 NZD), as well as bespoke corporate wellness packages. By purchasing any program from removalclean.world, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Nature of Our Services
Removalclean provides experiential wellness services delivered through live facilitation, digital materials, and guided sessions. Unlike physical products, our programs are service-based offerings. This Return Policy addresses cancellation and refund rights applicable to these services under New Zealand consumer protection law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
2. Consumer Guarantees
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill, be fit for any particular purpose you agreed to, be completed within a reasonable time when no timeframe is set, and be charged at a reasonable price when no price is agreed. If our anti-stress programs fail to meet these guarantees, you are entitled to a remedy which may include resupply of the service or a refund. Contact us promptly if you believe a program did not meet these standards.
3. Desk Reset Micro-Break Refund Terms
The Desk Reset Micro-Break is a digital-first program including audio-guided sessions and printable materials. If you have not accessed or downloaded any program materials, you may request a full refund within fourteen days of purchase. Once digital materials have been accessed or downloaded, the program is considered delivered and refunds are not available except where required by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. 4. Lunch Hour Calm Collective Cancellation
For the Lunch Hour Calm Collective program involving scheduled group sessions:
- Cancellation more than seven business days before the first scheduled session: full refund minus any non-recoverable venue or third-party booking costs already incurred by Removalclean.
- Cancellation between three and seven business days before the first session: fifty percent refund of the program fee.
- Cancellation fewer than three business days before the first session: no refund, but you may transfer your booking to a future date within six months subject to facilitator availability.
- After the program has commenced: no refund for remaining sessions, though individual missed sessions may be rescheduled at our discretion.
5. Executive Stress Shield Series Cancellation
The Executive Stress Shield Series includes personalised coaching sessions and assessment components. Cancellation terms are as follows:
- Cancellation more than fourteen business days before the first coaching session: full refund minus any assessment materials already prepared specifically for your organisation.
- Cancellation between seven and fourteen business days before the first session: seventy-five percent refund.
- Cancellation fewer than seven business days before the first session: fifty percent refund.
- After coaching sessions have commenced: refund calculated on a pro-rata basis for unused sessions only, minus a twenty percent administrative fee.
6. Rescheduling Policy
We understand that office schedules change. Removalclean offers flexible rescheduling under the following conditions:
- Rescheduling requests made at least forty-eight hours before a scheduled session will be accommodated at no additional charge, subject to facilitator availability.
- Rescheduling requests made within forty-eight hours of a scheduled session may incur a rescheduling fee of $35 NZD per occurrence.
- Each program booking allows up to two free reschedules when requested with adequate notice.
- Rescheduled sessions must be completed within six months of the original booking date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Cancellation by Removalclean
If we cancel a session or program due to facilitator unavailability, venue issues, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control, you will receive the option to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund for the cancelled session or remaining program balance. We will notify you as soon as possible and make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption to your team's wellness schedule.
8. Corporate and Bespoke Packages
Custom corporate wellness packages and multi-site deployments are governed by the cancellation terms specified in the individual service agreement or quote provided at the time of booking. Where no specific terms are stated, the cancellation policies for the closest equivalent standard program apply. Corporate clients with annual contracts may have separate termination clauses outlined in their partnership agreement.
9. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within ten business days of approval confirmation. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used for purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, alternative arrangements will be made by contacting you directly. You will receive email confirmation when your refund has been initiated. Bank processing times may add three to five additional business days before funds appear in your account.

10. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable once delivered or incurred:
- Digital program materials that have been downloaded or accessed.
- Custom calm-needs review materials prepared specifically for your organisation.
- Third-party venue hire fees already paid on your behalf.
- Travel costs incurred by facilitators for on-site sessions at locations outside Auckland CBD, where travel was arranged per your booking requirements.
11. Program Dissatisfaction
Your satisfaction with our anti-stress programs is important to us. If you are dissatisfied with a session or program, please contact us within seven days of the session in question. We will work with you to address concerns, which may include a complimentary make-up session, program adjustment, partial credit toward future bookings, or refund where the service did not meet the guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. We ask that you provide specific feedback so we can improve our offerings for all office teams we serve.
12. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact Removalclean directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. Chargebacks initiated without first attempting resolution may result in suspension of future booking privileges. We will provide all relevant documentation to payment processors to resolve legitimate disputes fairly.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Return Policy from time to time. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated policy is published. Purchases made before a policy change are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase. The current version is always available at removalclean.world/return.html.
